Extra Person Policy
Each cottage is rated for holding maximum number of persons, please do not arrive with extra persons in your party without prior arrangements, you run the risk of being turned away. Also note that children and babies are counted as people. If you arrive with extra people against our policy, you risk being turned away and charged in full.
Pets Allowed at Extra Cost
- $10.00 Per Day / $50.00 Per Week
- Pets must be on a leash at all times and are not allowed on the beach.
- Bring something from home for your pets to sleep on please!!!!
- No pets on beds or furniture.
- An extra fee will be charged for any damage to our property caused by pets.

Deposits
NO DEPOSIT – NO RESERVATION
Visa, Mastercard or Cash is required to hold your weekly reservation.
Cancellation Policy
- 90 days or more notice – Full deposit refund.
- 60 – 90 days notice – 50% Value of reservation will be charged to
credit card. - Less than 60 days notice or (NO SHOW) 100% Value of reservation will be charged to credit card.
No refunds on unused days
Docking – Clients Private Boats
NOTE: Our guests are welcome to bring their own boats, canoes or other watercraft, however, they must pay full docking fees.
- $20.00 per day
- $50.00 for 3 days
- $100.00 per week
- Docking rates per season $550.00
Includes vehicle/trailer parking (May to October)
Please Note: Due to the Ontario Fire Marshall, no gasoline is to be stored around cottages. If you have tanks of gasoline you must store them in your boat or in your own vehicle.
Gas & Oil Sold at the Marina
Our clients can come and browse in our camp store for such items as groceries, ice, live bait (minnows, worms). We also have Minnehaha logo clothing available and some souvenirs.
